Ravi Teja Awaiting ‘Vikramarkudu-2’…..!

Among the lot of senior heroes who are fast losing their sheen, the name of Ravi Teja stands first. The Mass Maharaja had a terrific hit streak at one point and he was a darling for the masses. But in the recent past, almost all his films have flunked at the box office and he is in dire straits in terms of his career.

With this, it is heard that Ravi Teja has become keen on the sequel to his blockbuster hit ‘Vikramarkudu’. This has been titled as ‘Jinthatha Jitha Jitha’. It is heard that they are planning a sequel but there is a challenge. In the original film, Ravi Teja’s character gets killed so in sequel no double role is possible.

Therefore, the sequel might have a single role only. But if it is a double role the plus is variation can be seen. So, Ravi Teja is reportedly looking for high intensity film like that with powerful characters. As such, lover boy roles are not suiting so he is looking for scripts that can show his versatility. All these years Ravi Teja wore spectacles hiding his age signs but now even that is not proving useful, as per sources.

Sreenu Vatla Punching to Saikumar Or Krishna…..?

There is a talk among filmnagar circles that director Sreenu Vaitla has the habit of targeting those who troubled him and creating spoof characters on them in his films. It is heard that Superstar Krishna was targeted in ‘Dubai Seenu’ through the character essayed by M S Narayana.

And now it is heard that Vaitla has resorted to the same formula in his new movie ‘Baadshah’. Buzz is that he has named Brahmanandam as Jamadagni IPS in ‘Baadshah’. If one can recall, Superstar Krishna’s movie came with the same title. And now in ‘Baadshah’ Brahmi is reportedly doing a policeman’s role.

With this, a strong talk has emerged among many circles whether Vaitla has spoofed ‘Agni’ fame Sai Kumar or superstar Krishna. But looking at Brahmi’s act in trailer many are saying maybe it is not but close circles of Vaitla reveal he won’t do that. They add that usually he would create some characters with someone in mind. Well, we will know the truth when the film releases on April 5th.

Nayantara (Malayalam, (born Diana Mariam Kurien on November 18, 1984),is an Indian actress who has acted in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies. After several commercial successes such as Chandramukhi, Ghajini, Billa and Yaaradi Nee Mohini, she has become one of the leading actresses in Tamil cinema.

She was educated in various parts of India (Kerala and Tamil Nadu), as her father was an Air Force Official. She is an orthodox Syrian Christian by birth. She attended Balikamadom High School, Thiruvalla for +2,then attended Marthoma college in Thiruvalla for her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She is a native of Tiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District,Kerala.

Nayantara, who was Diana Mariyam Kurien at the time, was chosen 1st runner up in the Best Model competition for Kerala 2003, which was conducted by Thrissur Advertising Club. This gave her a few opportunities in modeling for advertisements. While at college, she was spotted by director Satyan Anthikkad and cast opposite Jayaram in Manassinakkare. Afterwards, she co-starred alongside Mohanlal in Natturajavu and in Fazil’s Vismayathumbathu. She was also cast with Mammootty in Thaskaraveeran (Dubbed into Tamil as Yuvaraj) and Raapakal.

She has also starred in several Tamil and Telugu movies. She was cast opposite Sarath Kumar in Ayya and with Rajnikanth in Chandramukhi. Her later films Vallavan (Tamil) and Yogi (Telugu) flopped except for Tamil film Ghajini. She regained her throne in Kollywood acting opposite Ajith Kumar in the stylish and elegant Billa 2007 and Aegan, Joseph Vijay in Villu and Vishal in Sathyam and thus becoming one of the highest paid actresses in South India. Yaaradi Nee Mohini released in 2008 also was a huge hit and received seven nominations at the 56th Filmfare awards South; it was one of the highest grossing Tamil films of the year.
